Job Description

 

The Out of School Time Specialist (OSTS) will oversee the development and implementation of the academic components for all Out of School Time programs. The OSTS will support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting requirements of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant. This individual coordinates and monitors the implementation of the grant's academic requirements, ensuring program activities align with grant goals and district academic priorities. The role partners with school-based instructional staff to support the effective implementation of  tutoring, homework assistance, and other evidence-based academic supports that meet grant outcomes.

 

This position is funded through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant. Continued employment is contingent upon the annual award and availability of grant funding. This position is a 12 month position and  includes benefits.
